In 2025, Europe produced 8.9 million source passengers who took an ocean-going cruise anywhere in the world. This represents a 5.3% increase from the 8.4 million Europeans who sailed in 2024. Overall, Europeans sailed for an average of 8.6 days per cruise, slightly down from 8.8 in the prior year. Average ages of sailing guests increased by half a year, from 48.0 to 48.5 years.
