North America was, once again, the largest source market for ocean-going cruise passengers in 2025, producing more than 22 million cruisers, a 7.5% increase over 2024 and accounting for about 60% of the year’s 37.3 million global ocean-going passengers.
The United States alone supplied more than 20.5 million cruise guests, remaining by far the most dominant source country in the world.
