‘Vacaciones En Crucero – Introducción’ Provides Overview for Selling Cruises
Fort Lauderdale, FL — April 21, 2009 — Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) has announced that its online seminar “Cruise Vacations – An Introduction” is now offered in Spanish as well as English.
“Vacaciones En Crucero – Introducción” is a comprehensive overview of the tools required to successfully sell cruise products, identify customers and their motivations, apply proven strategies to increase cruise sales, match clients with the right cruise product, and use “insider” secrets to selling the cruise experience. Successful completion of the seminar, which is approximately three hours in length, results in 15 credits toward CLIA training and certification.
“The Hispanic market is one of the fastest growing segments of travel, including cruises, and provides significant business for Spanish speaking travel agents. Therefore it makes complete sense to offer this introductory seminar in two languages to ensure that as many agents as possible benefit from CLIA training,” said Terry Dale, president and CEO of CLIA.
