1. The ad shells are in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) and Microsoft Word formats. Check with the newspaper or magazine you're advertising with to see which format they prefer. (There are additional TIFF and JPEG formats in your Marketing Essentials CD)

2. Open the shell in the applicable program and personalize it with your agency information and offer details. You may need a graphic designer or the art department of the publication to help you with this.

3. Once you've completed your ad, you or your graphic designer can send it to the publication in whichever format they prefer.
